Woven Metal Process Belts
Woven Metal Process Belts are woven metal, woven plastics, or combinations to achieve constructions and characteristics for the process at hand. Our product range comprises four different types of belts:
Synthetic woven plastic process belts made of polyester, polyamide, PPS or PEEK are used for solid/liquid filtration in belt filter presses or vacuum filters. Typical areas of application are fruit juice production, phosphoric acid extraction, processing mined precious metals and minerals and sewage sludge drainage.
Conducto® anti static and Duofil™ combination synthetic and metal belts are important products in this group.Woven metal process belts made of steel, stainless steel or bronze – also in combination materials – are core products for freezing, drying or draining processes.
TRACKMATIC® Belts made of stainless steel or blends of plastic and metal are also being increasingly used in refining, forming and coating processes.
Flexoplan® screens and process belts and meshes for the engineered wood industry made of metal, plastic or material combinations are used in the production of engineered wood products such as OSB or fiberboard.
We offer installation, repair, and trouble-shooting technical services to support your process. We can be reached 24 hours per day for emergencies.
