CONDUCTO® - visible security
Customized belt - development - competence for efficiency
Stability as a quality seal - for thermal processes and clearing
Electrostatic charging during the production process is the No. 1 production and safety risk for the nonwovens industry.
Thanks to the bronze wires woven in the running direction throughout the polyester mesh, CONDUCTO® guarantees continuous grounding during nonwovens production – without limits and with consistently high efficiency.
Three different types of process-specific belts are available: |

|
Type 22 – single-layer in twill weave 2:2 |

|
Type 76 – double-layer |

|
Type 11 – singlelayer in plain weave |
Smooth surface and non-marking pin seams are the advantages of the double-layer structure of the Type CONDUCTO® 76 with bronze wires on the underside of the mesh for high quality forming of nonwovens.

The single-layer Type 22 with non-marking pin seam has proven its value as a laydown belt.
Type 11 with interwoven seam is used successfully as a linear screen, especially in the drylaid process.
The mesh design allows air permeability to be adapted to the particular process, ranging from 500 cfm to 900 cfm.
Durable, flexible and highly conductive, CONDUCTO® is your guarantee for homogenous formation and optimal removal of the nonwoven from the belt.
The visible security of the bronze wires ensures reliable electrostatic discharging, tested according to the Atex Norm Class 3.

As special developments, our process belts of plastic, metal or blended materials support even the most demanding applications.
Single-twisted metal woven belts made of stainless steel or steel are proven products in thermobonding processes.
Even at production speeds of up to 450 m/min., they ensure absolute running stability.
Eight meters wide and up to 160 meters long, they cover all major industrial requirements.
Fine, precisely woven bronze mesh used as a forming or laydown belt in special spunbond or meltblown processes supports the production of marking-sensitive products.
DUOFIL® is the combination of synthetic wires in the running direction with weft wires made of metal.
This mesh structure combines cross-stability with flexibility.

Monofilament plastic mesh is a proven product as a hydroforming and impregnation belt in the wet-processing of fiber-glass nonwovens.
It is also used as an air-permeable carrier belt in the drylaid process.
Self-guiding, solid TRACKMATIC® belts made of stainless steel guarantee igh run reliability in the production of babies’ nappies or mineral fibers.

Whether for thermobonding or for dryers: our woven, permeable belts provide reliable support for thermal processes. In thermal processes from 80 to over 300 degrees Celsius, the belt acts as a carrier medium and structure supporter for the nonwoven.
The subsequent cleaning process places further high demands on the durability of the belts.
The smooth, robust surface structure of DUOFIL® facilitates residue-free cleaning with brushes or water jets.
Thanks to their self-guiding property, TRACKMATIC® and Lightweight TRACKMATIC® belts remain reliably on track even under heavy weight load or during massive cleaning.
In two-belt dryers, the DUOFIL® upper belt is guided magnetically for optimal flatness.
This enables a perfectly calibrated thickness of the nonwoven.

Metal woven belts with non-stick coating prevent products from sticking to the belt.
Our seams meet the highest quality standards and thus provide the necessary reliability in all applications.
Whether as reopenable pin seams or non-marking soldered seams – they stand up long-term to the greatest strains.
