GKD custom-made mesh is fabricated to Flexoplan screens for single or multi-stage presses , produced into continuous process conveyor belts for indexing and conti roll presses, and fabricated into notched and customized top screens for the indexing press operations. All are heat and pressure resistant by design.

For caul screens, all carbon steel construction is used. For conti-roll ayatems, stainless steel construction is used.

Flexoplan orders come complete with all standard connection guides and tow bars, which are manufactured according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer's specified data.

In addition, many other weaves and materials are produced to support the wood industry in pressing, compensation meshes, press draining, and forming and ventilating. Most are customized.
