Duofil® Belts
Duofil Belts® – Combination of metal and synthetic/plastic materials
  DUOFIL® with Pyramide Pin Seam
Duofil Belts were developed by GKD to get the best characteristics from metal and plastics in a single weave. Typically, the Duofil has a polyester (or other synthetic material) as the warp wire and a rigid, cross stable stainless steel wire as the weft wire. Combining gives a strong stable belt that is lightweight and has non-sticking characteristics. Such belts are very useful in fiber and laminating applications, for example.

Because Duofil belts can be many different types of weaves, the construction can meet the surface requirements of the application.

Most Duofils utilize a pin seam, and have edges sealed. Special finishes can be applied on request.
